概要
Recording Proは、画面録画・カメラ録画をGoogle Driveに保存し、AIで分析するChrome拡張機能です。本ポリシーでは、本拡張機能がどのようにデータを取り扱うかを説明します。
収集するデータ
本拡張機能は、ユーザーの個人情報を当社サーバーに収集・送信しません。当社はバックエンドサーバーを運用しておらず、すべてのデータはユーザーのブラウザ内、またはユーザーが明示的に設定した外部サービス（Google Drive、OpenAI）にのみ送信・保存されます。
ローカルに保存されるデータ
- 設定情報（Google DriveフォルダID、AI分析設定、担当者リスト）
- OpenAI APIキー - ブラウザのローカルストレージ（chrome.storage.local）にのみ保存され、Google や当社などの第三者サーバーへは送信されません
- 録画データ - 一時的にブラウザのキャッシュに保存され、保存/破棄後に削除
外部サービスとの連携
Google Drive
- ユーザーがDrive連携を有効にした場合のみ使用
- OAuth 2.0認証でユーザーのGoogleアカウントに接続
- スコープ:
drive.file（本拡張機能が作成したファイルのみアクセス可能）
- 録画ファイルおよびAI分析結果をユーザー指定のフォルダにアップロード
OpenAI（ユーザー登録APIキーで直接呼び出し）
- AI機能（文字起こし・議事録生成・フィードバック分析）を有効にし、ユーザー自身のOpenAI APIキーを設定画面に入力した場合のみ使用
- 音声データはお使いのブラウザから
https://api.openai.com へ直接送信されます（当社サーバーを経由しません）
- 使用するAPI: Whisper（文字起こし）、Chat Completions（議事録・分析）
- 送信データの取り扱いはOpenAIのAPIデータポリシーに従います
- OpenAI APIの利用料金はOpenAIからユーザーへ直接請求されます
権限の使用目的
- storage: 設定とOpenAI APIキーのローカル保存
- identity: Google OAuth2認証
- offscreen: バックグラウンドでの録画処理
- notifications: 録画の開始・停止・エラー通知
- alarms: 録画自動停止タイマー（120分、10分前事前通知）
- host_permissions: Google API（Drive）、OpenAI API（Whisper / Chat Completions）への接続
データの共有
本拡張機能は、上記の外部サービス（Google Drive、OpenAI）以外にデータを送信しません。当社はバックエンドサーバーを運用しておらず、第三者へのデータ販売・共有も一切行いません。

Overview
Recording Pro is a Chrome extension that records your screen and camera, saves recordings to Google Drive, and analyzes them with AI. This policy explains how the extension handles your data.
Data Collection
This extension does not collect or send any personal information to our servers. We do not operate any backend server. All data is stored only within your browser, or sent only to services you explicitly configure (Google Drive, OpenAI).
Data Stored Locally
- Settings (Google Drive folder ID, AI analysis settings, staff list)
- OpenAI API key - stored only in browser local storage (chrome.storage.local) and never sent to Google, our team, or any third-party server
- Recording data - temporarily cached in the browser and deleted after save/discard
External Service Integrations
Google Drive
- Used only when the user enables Drive integration
- Connects to the user's Google account via OAuth 2.0
- Scope:
drive.file (can only access files created by this extension)
- Uploads recording files and AI analysis results to a user-specified folder
OpenAI (Direct calls with the user's API key)
- Used only when the user enables AI features and enters their own OpenAI API key in settings
- Audio data is sent from your browser directly to
https://api.openai.com and does not pass through any server we operate
- APIs used: Whisper (transcription), Chat Completions (minutes / feedback analysis)
- Data handling follows OpenAI's API data usage policy
- OpenAI API usage fees are billed by OpenAI directly to the user
Permission Usage
- storage: Save settings and OpenAI API key locally
- identity: Google OAuth2 authentication
- offscreen: Background recording processing
- notifications: Recording start/stop/error alerts
- alarms: Recording auto-stop timer (120 minutes, with a 10-minute pre-warning)
- host_permissions: Connectivity to Google APIs (Drive) and OpenAI APIs (Whisper / Chat Completions)
Data Sharing
This extension does not send data to any services other than those listed above (Google Drive, OpenAI). We do not operate any backend server, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
